Cancellation Policy
🔹A 50% deposit fee is necessary to schedule any appointments. This deposit fee will be applied and deducted from the amount due at the time of your scheduled service. Failing to show for your scheduled appointment or provide at least 24-hours of cancellation will forfeit the 50% deposit fee. There are no refunds for the deposit fee if you no show or do not adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
🔹Every appointment is important to me. I want to give you and your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment time.
The 24 hour cancellation period gives me the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients .
Also, please understand there is a strict NO REFUND policy on ALL services and gift cards.
